Draw 12.0 (preferred), Windows Bitmap for IBM (*AI extension), Adobe
Illustrator for IBM (*AI extension), Adobe Photoshop 7.0, QuarkXPress
6.0, Freehand 10.0, Illustrator 10.0 .
Art saved in Microsoft Word or Power Point
cannot be reproduced at high quality. We cannot accept art on
SyQuest cartridges or art created in PageMaker/InDesign.

Files:

.eps or .tif preferable.
Send multiple files separately or compressed by Stuffit or another
compression program. If your file exceeds a total of 2 MB, send on a
disk instead.

| Fonts: |
Convert all type to
curves, paths or outlines (vector art). Include all placed files
along with the screen and printer fonts used in the document.
|
| Resolution/Size: |
600 d.p.i., actual size or
larger. All scanned images must be initially scanned at this
resolution. Lower resolution art "saved as" the
higher resolution will not work.

Colors: |
Image
should be black and white. Separate
multiple color imprints as spot colors with no trapping.
If a color composite is available, you may also include it for reference.

WHEN EMAILING YOUR ART:
|
1. Fax to (678) 482-0771 a back up copy. We use this for visual
comparison to confirm that corruption (such as fonts being changed or
dropped) didn't occur during email transmission. |
2. Use the purchase order/reference number we assigned the order as
the subject line of your email. This number can be found in the upper left
corner of the order proof we emailed the primary contact person. Doing so
assures the art file can be quickly and correctly matched with the order. |
