Art Specs

Useable Formats:	Electronic File (email): Please provide IBM PC compatible format using Adobe Illustrator, EPS, TIF or Corel Draw file type (preferred) at 300 dpi or higher. Camera-Ready: Please provide minimum 300% black & white art.
Software:	We can recreate art provided in Microsoft Word for $25 - 50+ depending on complexity.
Fonts:	Convert all type to curves, paths or outlines (vector art). Include all placed files along with the screen and printer fonts used in the document.
Resolution/Size:	300 d.p.i., actual size or larger. All scanned images must be initially scanned at this resolution. Lower resolution art "saved as" the higher resolution will not work.
Colors:	Image should be black and white. For multi-color imprints, please submit color separated art with registration marks for each color.

WHEN EMAILING YOUR ART:

1. Fax to (678) 482-0771 a back up copy. We use this for visual comparison to confirm that corruption (such as fonts being changed or dropped) didn't occur during email transmission.

2. Use the purchase order/reference number we assigned the order as the subject line of your email. This number can be found in the upper left corner of the order proof we emailed the primary contact person. Doing so assures the art file can be quickly and correctly matched with the order.

3. Email your file to us at art@greatgiftsforschools.com - that's it!
