Illustrator and CorelDraw. (We can recreate art provided in Microsoft Word
for $25 - 50+ depending on complexity.)

.eps, .pdf and .tiff
|
| Fonts: |
Convert all type to
curves, paths or outlines (vector art). Please include any unusual screen and
printer fonts as well as all imported .tiff and .eps files. Factory
cannot guarantee reproduction of fine serif and script type smaller
than 8 points. Bold sans-serif fonts are recommended for type
smaller than 8 points. No type should be less than 6 points. Avoid
outline and shadow-effect fonts. All rules and outlines should be
greater than 1 point.

| Resolution/Size: |
600 d.p.i., actual size or
larger. All scanned images must be initially scanned at this
resolution. Lower resolution art "saved as" the
higher resolution will not work.

|
Colors: |
Image
should be black and white. Separate
multiple color imprints as spot colors with no trapping.
If a color composite is available, you may also include it for reference.
|
| Halftones: |
Artwork containing
halftones must be screened at 72 lines per inch at 100% final size.
Tint percentages between 25% and 65% are recommended.

WHEN EMAILING YOUR ART:
|
1. Fax to (678) 482-0771 a back up copy. We use this for visual
comparison to confirm that corruption (such as fonts being changed or
dropped) didn't occur during email transmission. |
2. Use the purchase order/reference number we assigned the order as
the subject line of your email. This number can be found in the upper left
corner of the order proof we emailed the primary contact person. Doing so
assures the art file can be quickly and correctly matched with the order. |
